This is a crystal sleeve by Philippe Audibert. Pretty much a long fingerless glove, or a giant cuff bracelet. You just wear one, as styled here:

Maybe it’s poorly styled in the above picture but I think it looks ridiculous. If you don’t think this thing is silly, too bad because it’s sold out (they could’ve just had 1 in stock, who knows) and the price tag was $3,595! It is silver-plated and it’s covered in Swarovski crystals but seriously? The stones aren’t even set nicely. I pass up crap settings like this on a $3 ring at Forever 21 for crying out loud.

I’m not trying to be a fashion curmudgeon. What you you think? Would you wear something like this? How?
