a hat

My mom was watching a movie called Shrink yesterday. (She thought it was terrible.) Anyhow, I came in to check on her and there was a woman on the screen wearing this great straw hat. I hate hats. My hair has usually been pretty short so hats never worked unless I wanted my style destroyed. Only in winter, when a hat is a must, will I wear one that of course has bear ears. Now that my hair is longer, and I’ve finally seen a hat I could see myself sporting outside on a sunny day, I went on the hunt.

I don’t even know many hat types but after some research, I found that this is a typical Panama hat. (Why do I feel like I should’ve known this already?) Okay. I had something to work with. Here are the ones I’m digging (click to get more info/purchase):
