A rare photo of the original Auckland Hells Angels before they gained their official charter.
The Auckland chapter of the Hells Angels was formed in 1960 by a former Californian Hells Angel. The Auckland chapter received its charter on July 1st 1961 and became the first official chapter formed outside of the United States. The Auckland chapter is the fourth oldest in the world.
