How one manages to be incredibly busy and lazy at the same time, I have no idea but, it’s an art I have mastered as of late. I haven’t had time or energy to post much recently so, here’s another journal entry.
Yes, I am a victim of large sunglassess… a bit squared off suits me better than the rounded insect eye style. I am still coveting the enameled Lanvin cuff (from last year?). The silver flats are laser cut. Those black platform Mary Janes are so perfect. I love the matte detail of the actual platform. The flapper dresses are velvety and so pretty. They look like they would be a lot of fun to dance in. That collar on the black satin jacket is so great, as well as the silver platform wedges. I would wear those shoes into the ground this coming summer!
I have a clear round acrylic bead necklace and the first night I wore it out, a few people told me they looked like beads used for uhm… a… sexual purpose. Maybe if it had sharp cubes in it as well, I wouldn’t feel so weird about wearing it again! I have really wanted to make a deconstructed knotted up silver chain necklace with multiple strands. I know it’s going to be one of those projects that I need to slowly start accumulating chains for, I just haven’t gotten on the ball for it. That silk floral dress is painfully pretty. Everything else is just saturated with the nicest of details.
That kitten makes me want to cry. My Ringo was about that tiny when I got him and had to bottle feed him every 4 hours for 2 months. Everyone said he wouldn’t make it and now he’s a 28 pound monster cat! (Maybe it was the turkey Gerber baby food I was fortifying his mother’s milk replacer with!)

I love your taste–all of it: the silver clothes, the glass beads (who cares what those morons say!) and especially that last green floral dress! And that black silk jacket is wonderful too!
